In 2016, PHILLIPS launched a key initiative: Changing the Employment Landscape for Youth with Behavioral Health Needs Capital Campaign. This initiative is in direct response to the need to ensure that everyone has the skills they need to earn a livable wage. Through the generous support of donors we are expanding a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and vertical farm that benefit youth, employers, and our community.
