We are a private, nonprofit organization serving over 500 children and their families annually in the Washington metropolitan area. For more than 50 years, we have helped children where others could not — to prepare them to become successful and responsible.

PHILLIPS Programs serves the needs of individuals with behavioral health needs and developmental disabilities and their families through education, family support services, community education and advocacy.
Each child we serve is unique, and so is the combination of services we provide. Depending on the child’s needs, as well as input from parents, educators, agencies or other involved parties, we offer:
Serving students from elementary through high school in nationally acclaimed day schools in Annandale, Leesburg and Fairfax, VA and Laurel, MD
Providing intensive career and technical education (CTE) in a variety of career pathways: building trades in Fairfax and Loudoun County; 3D design and print at our Virginia campuses and culinary arts and vertical farming at our Maryland campus.
